Prostate PRO (Patient-Reported Outcomes) Tracker is a simple-to-use application for prostate cancer patients to record and track their symptoms. This application delivers a validated clinical questionnaire (EPIC-CP) about your prostate cancer symptoms, and helps track how your symptoms have changed over time. If you have not responded in a while, the app will send you a reminder to record your symptoms. Prostate PRO-Tracker is part of a clinical study run by Yale University researchers. With your permission, your input will help doctors better understand how patients feel during their prostate cancer treatment.
Requires iOS 9.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
